We’re excited to announce the launch of Release 14, featuring WorkCapcha’s new “My Stats” analytics tool.
Building on the success of the “Managers Dashboard” from Release 13, which provided managers and Partners with valuable insights into team performance and well-being, this update focuses on empowering individual users with real-time data to optimise their own productivity.
“My Stats” offers users immediate access to detailed breakdowns of their working day—no need to wait for weekly or monthly performance reports. With real-time availability, a user can track their own progress daily, giving them the flexibility to make instant adjustments and improve efficiency. Users can easily see a summary of how their time is spent, broken down into billable vs. non-billable hours, ensuring they are consistently meeting targets, minimising distractions and prioritising what matters the most.
Managers will also benefit from knowing that their team members are actively monitoring and optimising their performance ahead of regular reviews, fostering a culture of proactive improvement and accountability.
